Leasing
Led leasing on Teaneck Square (~$50M), repositioning the asset through pricing, positioning, and tenant mix to align with market demand and increasing leasing velocity from fewer than 5 to 30+ leases per month. Also led positioning and marketing efforts for the residential division at Beitel Group.
Development / Analysis
Worked on site analysis and feasibility for Adult Medical Daycare including P&L, financing, permitting and modeling.
International Real Estate Development
Built and operated a project from raw land through construction and operations. Hands-on across concept, build, positioning, and execution. Experience aligning multiple stakeholders to move projects forward.
